FAQ

  • Where can I buy your books?
Currently, all of my books are only available to purchase through Amazon only. All books are available as an eBook or as a paperback.
  • What size and shape are your children's storybooks?
The standard size of my children's storybooks is 21.6cm x 21.6cm square. The paperback print has a glossy cover and matte high resolution colour pages. The text is 20pt and 30pt so classed as giant print and suitable for those that are blind and partially sighted. My eBooks can offer a solution to reading larger prints as they offer you the ability to enlarge the print size as required. You can order a sample of the eBook on Amazon to see if it is suitable.
  • How much are your children's storybooks?
The current price on Amazon is £2.99 for an instantly available eBook and £6.99 for a paperback print. Amazon handle all of the payment and delivery options.
  • I am not happy with my book?
I am very sorry that you are not happy with you order and I hope that the problem isn't the story or the illustrations. As all printing, purchases and delivery of orders is handled by Amazon, I would encourage you to contact them with your concerns and refer to their refund & returns policies through the account your ordered the book. I hope that a resolution is handled quickly.
  • I have found an error in one of your storybooks, what can I do?
I am very sorry that there is an illustration error or typographical error in one of my storybooks. I want to correct it as soon as possible. Please use the contact form to let me know what you have kindly spotted. In the meantime, please reach out to Amazon and request a replacement. Please allow at least 72 hours from my reply to request this as the amendments and quality assurance processes with Amazon take this amount of time. Please accept my sincere apologies.

I purchased the e-book version and was very impressed with the quality of the illustrations. It is a well written book and the kids loved listening to the Rhymes. There is a very nice moral at the end of the book for the children to understand.
